     2. Simply Provide Your Amazon Order ID: Submit your Amazon order ID to extend your warranty and keep track of all your product warranties in one place.

    

     3. Website Purchases Already Covered: If you purchased your product directly from the SIXMOU website, you already have a 24-month warranty, and no extension is required.

    

     4. Hassle-Free Warranty Claims: Register with your order ID to make warranty claims easily. Click the Warranty Claim button, submit your claim, and expect a response within one business day.

    

     5. Register Once for Multiple Products: For orders with multiple products, register your warranty only once for all items.

    

     Note: Warranty extension is not applicable to used goods.

What's included in the warranty coverage?

    During the warranty period, if the original manufacturing material or workmanship of the product is found to be defective, SIXMOU will replace the product with the same or a comparable one at no cost to you. Any products or parts replaced under this warranty become the property of SIXMOU and will not be returned to you. If service is needed after the warranty period ends, you are responsible for all labor and parts charges. Warranty coverage ends if you sell or transfer the product.

What is excluded from the warranty coverage?

    The warranty does not cover:

    

     - Lost or stolen products

     - Items that have exceeded their warranty period

     - Non-quality-related issues after 30 days of purchase

     - Damage caused by the use of third-party components or products

     - Damage from external sources

     - Damage from product misuse, including falls, extreme temperatures, water damage, or improper device operation

     - Purchases from unauthorized resellers

    

     Additionally, SIXMOU's limited warranty is only valid in the country of purchase. The warranty is void if items are taken outside the country of original purchase or if they were shipped directly from an authorized online purchase to another country.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason

    - Returns must include all accessories.

     - Items must be returned in their original packaging.

     - For non-quality-related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

     - For non-quality-related warranty claims, SIXMOU refunds the cost of the product itself.

     - Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements.

    

     Refund requests for the 30-day money-back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process refund requests for non-quality issues for items that have exceeded this 30-day window. For purchases not made directly through SIXMOU’s online stores, please contact retailers for refunds.
